From Funding to Scale: Designing Innovation Ecosystems for Sustainable Growth and Competitiveness

Innovation doesn't scale because of funding alone; it scales when governments, investors, corporations, entrepreneurs, and institutions intentionally build ecosystems that enable growth. Drawing on experience designing systems and supporting innovation ecosystems across the United States, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, this interactive workshop explores how cross-sector collaboration accelerates economic development, investment readiness, and long-term competitiveness. Participants will learn practical frameworks for identifying ecosystem gaps, aligning stakeholders, and building the partnerships and infrastructure that transform innovation into sustainable economic growth. This workshop addresses leaders who have the ability and desire to build the conditions that allow innovation ecosystems to flourish.
